Besides having daily morning yoga and skiing instruction available, what does a typical Yoga & Ski week look like:

Day 1
Arrive to Oslo
Travel to our mountain cabin in Trysil by private transfer
Settle and meet your companions
Welcome Dinner

Day 2

On snow session, including personalized instruction
Exploration time on or off snow
Dinner / replenishing menu

Day 3

Personalized Yoga feedback and warm up session

Skiing / Snowboarding technique improvement
Mountain explorations

Day 4

Optional Activity day, choose from :
Husky sled riding, Spa center visit, ice climbing, more options depending on season
Dinner at one of the resorts superb restaurants – or simple burgers and ski power food, the night is yours.
Our staff will help you and your fellow vesuvians select an option that suits best.

Day 5

Back on the slopes after a rest day
Depending on far you wish to develop, a half day or full day of skiing, the choice is yours

Day 6

This day is special, as you can select to have off or on the slopes, or a little of both !
Once again, our like minded staff are here to help you find your own rythym and pace for the week. Enjoy as little or as much as you feel will help benefit you most.

Day 7

Reflections for the week, and transfers to Oslo Airport.

Depending on your travel times you may also wish to visit one of the local towns for some last minute souvenir grabbing, or simply enjoy the last hours of our mountain tranquility……..until next time !
